How does it work?
Sessions are normally conducted one-on-one, either by phone, Skype or in person. Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly… whatever suits your schedule and needs.
Coaching unfolds by stages.
• Understand the areas of focus: where you are and where you want to go
• Writing on desired outcomes: a way to access subconscious thoughts and highlight beliefs
• Set up specific goals: the path to creating an action plan
• Assess progress: add accountability and adjust that plan as necessary
• Homework: illuminate and hone old beliefs; strengthen new patterns
